Other Common Questions:

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: We do not file insurance but many Clients are able to use a Flexible Spending Account (FSA or HSA) or file with their insurance companies under Preventative Care or Nutrition Therapy for reimbursement.

Q: What if I don’t have a diagnosis?

A: Sometimes this is better… we don’t get caught up on a protocol of some kind.  Without a diagnosis we are still able to clear your inflammation, find triggers that are causing symptoms and evaluate what the body needs.

Q: Would it be best if I have lab reports?

A: Lab reports are extremely helpful in noticing trends in the body and if the reports are within 2 months it’s best.  If you don’t have any recent lab results we can begin your healing journey without them and may need to have blood work ordered later.

Q: Do you order tests?

A: Yes, I can order Functional tests if necessary for diagnosis and healing

Q: Do you work with a Physician?

A: I will work along side what your Physician is recommending for you.  My work is Integrative with other doctors.  I will contact your Physician on your behalf if necessary to discuss your health. I do work with a Professional Board, National Association of Nutrition Professional (NANP), and the Functional Nutrition Alliance.  If there is a need for further help with your case, I will consult with them.

Q: Do you recommend supplements?

A: When necessary supplements will be recommended, but ideally we want to focus on the foods that heal.  I do not sell any supplements but may recommend certain brands for you to purchase.

Q: Do you offer Virtual Counseling Services?

A: Yes! We offer virtual and in-person counseling sessions to our clients.
